At LeadCRM we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for your business and we strive to improve it by adding more and more functionalities and features. We appreciate you giving us your business. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.

If you are dissatisfied with our service and decide to cancel LeadCRM subscription in the first month from your date of paid subscription start date, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase and cancel subscription.

Requests received for cancellation post one month from the date of paid subscription start date will not be entertained for any refund.

Exception to our Refund Policy

Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (FULL or PRO-RATED) when we have suspended or terminated your access to LeadCRM Services due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
